Mercer's 2008 Tier 1 Benefits Survey for ASHHRA Chapters and/or other Healthcare Associations and Councils in your State

Four quick steps will have your organization participating in the Tier 1 benefits survey. The 15-minute fast track process found here enables you to bypass the 63-page questionnaire otherwise required to collect your benefits information.

As you'll see, we simply ask you to:

  • Identify your organization and contacts

  • Complete a yes/no checklist on your offered benefits

  • Answer a couple questions if you've recently had discretionary retirement plan contributions

  • Mail, or email, us copies of your SPD's and rate sheets.

Participants receive free benchmarking and prevalence reports that include a ranking of your top 15 benefit programs against those offered by your healthcare peers in your state, or region.

Upon starting the survey, a password will automatically be generated for you. This password will allow you to complete the survey at your own pace -- enabling you to save your entries so you can return at a later time to finish the survey. If you have to exit the survey before it's completed and submitted, it is important to click the "LogOff" button in the upper-right-hand corner of the screen, at which point you will be reminded of your password needed for re-entry.
